Welcome to Airborne Aviation Academy. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, enrollment in our aviation training programs, and use of our services.

By accessing our website or enrolling in our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

By enrolling, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and agree to these Terms
• You meet all eligibility requirements
• All application information is accurate
• You agree to comply with academy policies

We provide comprehensive aviation training including:

• Cabin Crew Training and Certification
• Ground Handling Operations Training
• Airport Operations and Management
• Aviation Customer Service Excellence
• Career guidance and job placement assistance
• Interview preparation and grooming

Eligibility Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years
• Completed higher secondary education (12th grade)
• Proficiency in English language
• Good physical and mental health
• Clean background with no criminal record

Application Process

• Submit complete application with required documents
• Pay application processing fee (non-refundable)
• Attend personal interview and assessment
• Complete medical examination if required
• Minimum 85% attendance required for certification

Payment Terms

• Advance payment required at enrollment
• Installment plans available for certain programs
• Late payment penalty: 2% per month
• All fees must be paid before certification

Refund Policy

• Before course starts: 80% refund
• Within first week: 60% refund
• Within first month: 40% refund
• After one month: No refund

Student Responsibilities

• Regular attendance and punctuality
• Professional behavior and appearance
• Completion of assignments on time
• Following safety protocols
• Maintaining confidentiality of materials

Academy Responsibilities

• Providing quality aviation training
• Qualified and experienced instructors
• Up-to-date curriculum and materials
• Job placement assistance
• Safe learning environment

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Cheating, plagiarism, or academic dishonesty
• Harassment or disruptive behavior
• Use of drugs or alcohol on campus
• Unauthorized access to academy systems
• Damage to academy property
• Misrepresentation of qualifications
• Violation of safety protocols

The Academy may terminate students for:

• Non-payment of fees
• Violation of academy policies
• Poor academic performance
• Engaging in prohibited activities
• Providing false information

Students may appeal termination decisions within 15 days with supporting documentation.

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in Maharashtra courts.

Disputes will be resolved through mediation first, then arbitration if necessary.
